Shipping and Return Policy

Lisa B Natural Beauty Ltd (“we” and “us”) is the operator of za.lisabnatural.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Currently, we ship only within South Africa. We are currently unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes.

Change Of Delivery Address

Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lisabnatural.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.

Shipping Cost

FREE shipping is available within South Africa on orders R750 and over (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Dispatch Time

This is the time it takes to prepare and pack your order ready for shipment.

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 24-48 hours of receiving payment into our accounts. If you pay via credit card, we receive this payment automatically as soon as you have paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays and weekends at which time the warehouse will be closed.

Shipping Time

This applies to the transit time.

Delivery to take place between 1 – 7 business days depending on the order's destination.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

The delivery address provided should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.

Other

Unforeseen circumstances, for example, adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a late delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter. Returns

Due To Change Of Mind

  • Lisa B Natural Beauty Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind if a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Please email us to find out how.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Lisa B Natural Beauty Ltd will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process For Parcel Damaged In-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process For Parcel Lost In-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
